Still one serene blue-white summer day

This photo is from "our lake" in the Eastern part of Finland, where we have a summer cottage about ½ an hour driving from our home.
I am spending during summers plenty of time at lake. It gives energy for a long, cold and dark winter.
The lake is located in the middle of coniferous forests including bears, foxes even wolfs, which are however very cleverly hiding ! No danger at all !

Leena this is a fabulous image. The reflections are so clear that if you turned the image upside down you probably wouldn't know the difference. Well seen and well taken.

This is like a mirror to me. It is a stunning shot. You would think there would be some ripples or something to spoil the reflection but you must have caught it just right. It sure does make a beautiful image.

Wonderful pic and landscape.
I'm back from ten days in thee French Alpes. We saw the Mont Blanc every morning from our window and once from another point of view in Italy, it was also good looking and worth pics.

Everyone seems to have commented on the reflection, which is lovely and technically wonderful, but the fluffiness of the clouds reminds me of a very large Georgia O'Keeffe painting in the Chicago Art Institute. Whenever I visit the city I go there to see the Chagall windows and this painting.
