My world Tuesday

That`s very big part of my world - living through all our strongly different seasons for instance midsummer nights and snow during long winters, between them are the colourful autumns and wonderful waking of the nature in a springtime.
Our latitude is same as somewhere between Anchorage and Fairbanks in Alaska, so, we are living rather northern life :)

@deslilas: What do you mean ? I don`t quite follow your thoughts now, sorry!
Are you saying, that my country is loosing it`s own features, may be so, but here in the eastern part of Finland, where we are living near nature and near Russian border, I don`t see that.
My photos of today are only an example from extremities of our climate, and both are old photos.

@Inkivääri: Ihan turhaan kynnyksiä ajattelet! Ei tässä liene niinkään kysymys kuvan laadun esittelystä vaan oman erityisen asuinympäristönsä näyttämisestä erilaisissa oloisa eläville. Eli laajentaa vähän sielunsa silmiä, ei tihrustaa jotain virhettä kuvassa !

Leena, your part of Finland is so lovely with a lake at your door and a companionable dog.
The blond heads of my granddaughters come from just accross the Baltic from you, just a little South.
They stem from my bloodline which is Latvian. Now you know. If I did not live in Australia, we would almost be neighbours, but if I had stayed in Latvia at the time, I would not be at all.

I enjoyed your slide show...beautiful pictures you have in it. And I like that you told that you lived on about the same latitude same as somewhere between Anchorage and Fairbanks...it really helps to understand where you live.
