Modern before historical / Beijing

We gave a short look at a Olympic stadium on our way from a new fine airport to a hotel in rainy Beijing.
It was a smooth "falling" from Finland to mostly overladen streets of China.
I will publish a photo or two from places, where we visited during our journey hoping you don`t get too bored with them - we visited very many places :)
I have to say now, that I got after arriving to Finland very bad flu with a fewer ( not a swine flu - I hope ! ) and I have to rest, I will write comments after getting well. Sorry!

Well structured shot. Oh that rain! It enhances this picture, though!...hope it didn't spoil your visit. China is a fascinating country and I'll look forward to a European's perspective of it through her camera lens!

I hope, we ALL hope it is not the swine flu! This is one very good shot, the rain was on your side helping to create this feeling of wetness, even through the screen, and the stadium rising like a new type of ghost in old China!
