A Chinese park / Beijing

Posted by Leena (Joensuu, Finland) on 16 May 2009 in Lifestyle & Culture and Portfolio.

It looks like so easy, but doing it slow enough is not easy at all to me anyway! It is beautiful to look at.

"Some of tai chi chuan's training forms are well known to Westerners as the slow motion routines that groups of people practice together every morning in parks around the world, particularly in China.", tells Wikipedia HERE

Or would you like more to dance? You can do it freely, but do it smoothly and beautifully moving!

Thank you very much for your visits and comments !

Love the crowds all doing the same thing. I've heard of mutliple tai-chi but not mass ballroom dancing.. Fantastic shots.

I have been learning tai chi for 3 or 4 years and I really enjoy it, but I have to admit I don't practice it at home, only when I go to the tai chi sessions. It's a great workout both for mind and body! I have just posted some pictures of Callum.... he is so much fun! And our new baby will be here next week (I hope!)
