Waiting for customers / Back to BeijingPosted by Leena (Joensuu, Finland) on 21 May 2009 in Lifestyle & Culture. And of course we did driving with them or should I say, we were sitting - big, heavy, lazy people and a small Chinese was driving, I was worrying all the time how can he manage with us. But he was smiling - sweating and smiling! Smile is especially important in China. Thank you very much for your visits and comments !

MrsAmber from West Wickham, United KingdomWhat a wonderful shot - I really like seeing these shots from other places in the world; things that are perhaps so normal to them and yet so different to anything in England where I live! Thanks! 21 May 2009 10:12am Ruth from United StatesI like picturing you in the cab like that. They must have strong legs - even if you are not too heavy. 21 May 2009 10:24am Judy from Brooksville, Florida, United StatesAll dressed alike in their brown shirts ... and I marvel that they wear such soft shoes with no support. 21 May 2009 10:56am Kate from St. Paul, MN, United StatesLeena! How good to hear from you; we haven't communicated for such a long time!! Thanks for your comments re. Olivia, who is still so much a part of our lives, as your grandkids are to you.
