A relaxing time after a warm day.
It`s a hot weather period now also in Finland, it`s good to be at lake.
Days have started to shorten a little day by day as everywhere else on the northern hemisphere.
Now the day is 5 minutes shorter than few days ago
Sun rises 3:04 and sets 23:04. Length of day is 20 h 0 min.

Hello Kiki! You are probably thinking that it would be so nice to jump into the water and chase that duck.... but it's so much easier to snooze on the dock and watch the sun go down. The duck will still be there to chase tomorrow!

This is such a superb image - congratulations on Spotlight - very well deserved. The animal life just adds that something extra - though I think the light itself would have been enough - wonderful.

Tässä olet napannut sitten sen mitä kaipasin, teknisesti ja taiteellisesti.
Kaikki on kohdallaan komposition osalta. Toi Kiki veneen laidalla on nyt osa kokonaisuutta ja se
todella vetää katseen puoleensa ja johdattaa tilanteeseen eli kun hän seuraa lokin
uiskentelua.
Tyyni järvenselkä ja purppurataivas heijastuksineen mudostavat mahtavat puitteet kokonaisuudelle.
Tässä ei ole yhtään väkisintekemisen makua vaikka onkin tietoisesti suunniteltu, mutta kun kompositio
on onnistunut ja toimiva sen näkee kerralla eikä kuvaajan tarvitse todellakaan perustella miksi näin.
