Judy from Brooksville, Florida, United States

WOW.........what a wonderful macro this is, and I hope the beetle didn't eat too many!

12 Aug 2009 11:31am

@Judy: This one was very thoughtful, he/she simulates dead, when I took him/her to my hand, but when I was moving a berry, he/she realized, that it was better to react and soon :)

Hei Leena!
Kaunista valokuvaa!
Tulin tiistaina kotiin lomalta. Nyt valitsen kuvia photoblogia varten. Se oli todella kaunis! Vierailimme Italiassa Venetsiaa ja Itavallassa Wien+Salzburg. Meilla oli myos aurinkoisia paivia meren rannalla Italiassa.
Halauksia, Oana

Japanalia from Yokohama, Japan

I wouldn't like to see that bug on the raspberries....BUT...the image is amazingly beautiful! The fruit is appetizing in colours and the bug is dressed in glimmering armour! The contrast is most artistic! A great capture, Leena!
